Tribute to Polish composer Penderecki
A festival dedicated to prominent Polish composer Krzysztof Penderecki closes in Warsaw on Friday evening.

Penderecki, considered by many as one of the world’s greatest living composers, celebrates his 85th birthday on Friday.
The gala concert in the Polish capital will at the same time mark the start of the First International Music Festival of Central and Eastern Europe.
